This article does nothing to make me think The X1 is any better. in fact it only makes me all the more angry.
As a supporter of the Xbox brand for the last 12 years, I can say I've never been more disappointed in a company as I am with MS right now.
Also, if anyone here thinks that MS will allow X1 owners to share 100% of their games with 10 people each, you're stark raving mad.

He uses plenty of common sense. Offered up an unbiased article voicing an objective view of things for people to consider. There's nothing wrong with that, nor does it lack common sense. You should however take your own advice and practice some yourself. (and maybe some modesty.)

I missed nothing at all. I spoke and elaborated on "The Point" in the first part of my comment.
In my second paragraph, I mentioned that I'll be gald to pay for PSN+ this coming Gen. (particularly because I won't be investing in a Xbox One.)
I just think this claim that you're paying for 3 services just for one function of the console is a non issue for the reasons I stated.

Yet the first thing you see on their website is a big ad to pre-order an Xbox One.
This is so when people who do not have the internet (or whatever other thing would disappoint a consumer) buy one and take it home, they can't say they were not informed by gamestop that it has all these crappy restrictions.

In all fairness, I always thought XBL Gold was a good value. The service is great and it offers great user friendly functionality as well as features. (Now the fanboys can vote me down. it's OK. sorry I'm open minded.)
Also, I'm glad Sony is going the pay to play online route with the PS4 and PSN+. With a constant flow of funds coming in from users, they can continue to upgrade and improve the service. This is a good thing.
